DeepInterview Terms of Service

All questions are reconstructed from publicly shared candidate experiences. We do not publish proprietary or confidential employer material.

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DeepInterview, operated by DeepInterview, a subsidiary of Real Apps LLC ("DeepInterview", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

DeepInterview is a subscription-based platform offering curated interview preparation materials (technical, behavioral, and related content) reported by software engineers.

Content Source and Disclaimers

User-reported content

Content is user-contributed recollections and may not be exact or up to date.
Not official, endorsed, or approved by any company mentioned.
Subject to change as companies modify interview processes.

No company affiliation

DeepInterview is independent and not affiliated with any referenced company.
Company names/trademarks are used for informational purposes only.

Educational purpose

Content is for education and practice, not predictions of actual interviews.

User Accounts and Authentication

Accounts are created via Google OAuth.

Provide accurate info, maintain credential security, and notify us of unauthorized use.

Comply with Google’s Terms for authentication.

Subscription and Payment

Premium content requires an active subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly plans; pricing may change with notice).

Limited preview access (e.g., up to 2 questions/company) may be offered and can change.

Payments are processed by Stripe; you must keep payment info current and pay all charges.

Refunds are discretionary and must be requested within 14 days; not provided for heavy use or violations.

You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.

User-Submitted Content

Types

Interview questions/experiences, company requests, question reports.
Practice code submissions and system design drawings (stored for your personal use).

Submission rights

You must have rights to submit and must not violate NDAs, confidentiality, or IP rights.
Submissions should be based on personal recollection; unauthorized proprietary info is prohibited.

Content license (questions/feedback)

For interview questions, requests, and reports you submit, you grant DeepInterview a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display in connection with the Service.
Exception: Practice code and system design drawings remain yours and are stored only to provide the Service; we do not use or share them otherwise.

Moderation and indemnity

We may review, edit, or remove content at our discretion (e.g., potential proprietary info, IP concerns, policy violations).
You agree to indemnify us from claims related to your submissions (including NDA/IP violations).

Intellectual Property

The Service’s original content, features, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by DeepInterview.

License to you: limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal/non-commercial use with an active subscription.

Permitted with attribution

Share individual questions/excerpts for non-commercial, educational purposes with visible attribution (“Source: deepinterview.net”, link, and © 2026 DeepInterview).

Prohibited uses

Commercial or competing use; bulk copying; scraping; removing attribution; account sharing; derivative works for commercial purposes; reverse engineering.
Violations may lead to termination, DMCA actions, legal claims, and recovery of costs.

DMCA and Copyright Complaints

Send notices identifying the copyrighted work, infringing material, your contact info, and required statements/signature. We investigate and may remove or disable access.

Prohibited Conduct

Illegal activity; IP or privacy violations; malware; unauthorized access; service disruption.

Impersonation, harassment, fraud, scraping, circumventing controls, or unauthorized data collection.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

No guarantee of interview success or job offers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD; no indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DeepInterview harmless from claims arising out of your use, violations of these Terms, rights of others, NDA/confidentiality breaches, or your submissions.

Termination

You may cancel anytime; data retention follows the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend/terminate for any reason (e.g., violations, fraud, non-payment).

Rights and obligations that should survive termination do survive.

Third-Party Services

Integrations include Google OAuth, Stripe, hosting/analytics (e.g., Vercel), Judge0/RapidAPI for code execution, and Upstash Redis for rate limiting.

Use of third-party services is subject to their terms/policies.

Code execution may be rate-limited; your code is sent to Judge0 for processing.

Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, companies, questions, or pricing (with notice to subscribers where required).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the updated Terms and date will be posted, and we may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing law: United States and State of California, conflicts principles excluded.

Disputes: binding arbitration (AAA rules), except for IP/confidentiality injunctive relief.

Class action waiver: claims must be brought individually.

Miscellaneous

These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.

If a term is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No waiver unless in writing; no assignment by you without consent; force majeure applies.
